"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

if you take a look at the dA logo (on the upper left corner) you'll a little circle with a triangle in it, pres it or just scroll your cursor ther. Look for "groups", click on it. You'll see a search bar, type um... words that can "describe" your drawings such as DIGITAL or TRADITIONAL, MANGA, etc
